MIRRA conflict mediation skills training is delivered in partnership with Peacebuilders. The course will equip you to mediate in conflicts between two or three individuals, and many of the skills can also be applied to larger group conflicts.
We teach an integrated approach to conflict mediation that focuses on both the substantive issues involved and on transforming the relationship between those having the conflict.
