“Excellent! It has opened my eyes to how I think things through and act in conflict situations as well as giving me new tools to be able to support others in conflict situations.”

Janet Green, Genesis Sale Moor Community Project, Conflict Mediation Skills participant 2008

We teach an integrated approach to conflict mediation that focuses on both the substantive issues involved and on transforming the relationship between those having the conflict.

The training is a six day programme delivered in two parts.

The aim is to enable those with busy work schedules to attend, and both parts of the programme are 3 days long:

  • Part 1: An Introduction to Mediation Skills
  • Part 2: Joint party Mediation
